I love motivation, minimalism, God, and self-reflection. Which led me to my career as an Addiction Counselor, public speaker, trainer, and writer.

My transformation began when I was 14 years old, after my older brother passed away suddenly at track practice. Trying to manage grief and adolescence I struggled with relationships, doubts, fears, anger, and depression. Then I took a trip to Medjugorje, Croatia.

What I thought was just a fun trip to Europe, turned out to be a call to change my heart and my life. I experienced the beginning of healing from the loss of my brother and felt complete happiness and joy for the first time since his passing.

When I returned home, I wanted to live differently, to make God the center of my life and live with purpose. I made a Life List, committed to living with intention, and began healing from loss through living.

On the blog, I dive into reflections on faith, motivation, minimalism, and the insights I’ve gained from my experiences and career. My goal is that you will find hope and inspiration to live life differently.
